Solomon Wisdom was founded to fulfill a need we saw within the workforce to lead with inclusivity and to impact others. Our goal is to help organizations, individuals, leaders, employees, etc. be the best versions of themselves and strengthen their own impact.
Collectively, our impact spans across 10+ states and we are thrilled to be increasing this number to over 15 states by 2024. Through our work, we have helped people realize their potential, grow in their professional careers and helped realign the perspective around and importance of creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment across sectors.

Chief Executive Officer | Co-FounderShannon Solomon is an authentic, passionate, innovative leader in the Restaurant Business and K-12 Industry. She is also a proud mother of five amazing adult children and grandmother of four. Shannon lives in Colorado (originally from Oregon) and has a robust portfolio varying from Restaurant Excellence, Efficiency Engineering, Motivational Speaking, Corporate Training, Change Management, and Organization Leadership. Shannon holds a master's degree in Business and is a Credentialed School Nutrition Professional additionally with course certifications in; strategic planning, conflict resolution, DEI and project management. Shannon has also competed on the Food Network’s show “Chopped” Chef competition as a School Chef. Shannon has received several local and national awards for her relentless leadership, strong work ethic, and authenticity. She is a Creative with an out of the box thinker mentality regarding internal and external customer service and the power of gratitude and positivity. Shannon’s deep passion and expertise is rooted at the heart of serving her customers excellent professional and personal nourishment so that everyone may always be the best versions of themselves. Service is definitely her PASSION!

Vice President | Co-FounderBrittany Solomon is passionate about creating equitable spaces for all, while enhancing knowledge about diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion.
Throughout her professional career she has worked to develop and implement programs, systems and resources to create equitable change within the community for the BIPOC community of Colorado. Through mentorship, program development and implementation, recruitment services, career coaching and community engagement, she has been integral in creating opportunity for BIPOC individuals. Brittany is an impact-oriented individual who aims to be effective within the community in all capacities.
Brittany is a Human Resources professional who holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Colorado State University and is completing her Master of Business Administration with a focus on Leadership.
